Workers seemed confused

12:55 Nov 2 2010 Van Ness School Washington DC

Description
When the poll workers asked me if I wanted to vote on the touch-screen, I said yes, noting a wait for ballots.

when I stepped up to the machine, it wasn't set up for voting yet (this was at nearly noon). A female poll worker struggled to get the cartridge in place to get it up and running. It took about an extra 15 minutes and the help of another poll worker to get the machine going. I hope they don't have to do that every time it gets used.
